✅ 7-Day Easy Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is significantly different from the description

Return requests after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


📦 Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

  • An unboxing video or clear photos may be required for damaged or wrong items

Trendbee reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened personal care products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or special discount items (if marked non-returnable)


💳 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be free.

  • In other cases, return shipping charges may be applicable.
