You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

Clear unboxing video or photos may be required for damaged items
Returns without proper proof may not be accepted.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to misuse

Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Clearance or special sale items (if marked non-returnable)
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
You will receive confirmation once the refund is completed.
🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be free.
