At Trendbee, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


✅ 7-Day Easy Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is significantly different from description


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

  • Clear unboxing video or photos may be required for damaged items

Returns without proper proof may not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care items once opened or used

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Clearance or special sale items (if marked non-returnable)


💳 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

You will receive confirmation once the refund is completed.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be free.

  • In other cases, return shipping charges may apply.
