  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.

4️⃣ Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days (may vary for remote areas).

  • Trendbee is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed terms.

7️⃣ User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website

  • Use our content without permission

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
